Enjoy music throughout your event with our Bluetooth speaker system. Simply connect your phone or compatible Bluetooth device and play your own music or playlist. Speakers will be set up, charged, and ready for use when you arrive.

Fire Pit Lounge Area (Fire Pit Lit)

Our cozy fire pit area and seating are available for guests to enjoy during your event. When the fire is not in use, the fire pit can also be used as a table for drinks and gathering. The $50 Fire Pit Add-On is only required if you would like the fire pit lit and used as an actual fire pit during your event. We provide everything needed, including firewood, fuel/fire starter, and a lighter.

Gas or Charcoal Grill

Gas or Charcoal Grill – $100 Choose between our gas grill or charcoal grill for your event. The grill will be cleaned and ready for use upon arrival. If choosing the charcoal grill, guests must bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid/fire starter.

Event Security $125

Required for events with 50 or more guests. Includes a professional security attendant for up to 4 hours to help maintain a safe, orderly environment for you and your guests. $125 for up to 4 hours. Additional time may require an additional fee.

Portable Restroom Rental $200

Required for events with more than 20 guests. Includes one standard portable restroom includes a sink delivered to The Gray Space for your event. Rental must be added to the reservation for applicable events.

Indoor Restroom Access – 21 to 50 Guests Service

For events with 21–50 guests, guests who prefer access to the indoor restroom may add this option for an additional $150 per booking. This fee covers the increased restroom usage, cleaning, supplies, and upkeep associated with larger gatherings. For larger events, a portable restroom option is also available as an alternative.
