Pleasanton Oasis: Pool, Hot Tub, Dedicated Bathroom, and Huge Patio Area

Welcome to Your Private Backyard Oasis Our backyard was designed for gathering. Whether you're planning a relaxing pool day with family or celebrating a special occasion, you'll enjoy an inviting space that's much larger than most residential pool properties. Expansive patios, lush artificial turf, wide walkways, and multiple seating areas give everyone plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy the day without feeling crowded. We've been hosting family gatherings and special events here for many years, including weddings, luaus, memorial celebrations, birthday parties, and family reunions. The property can comfortably accommodate much larger groups, but we've chosen to limit reservations to 50 guests or fewer to help preserve a peaceful experience for our neighbors. Your reservation includes tables and chairs with shaded seating for up to 22 guests beneath our covered patio, gazebo, and umbrellas. If you're planning a larger gathering, you're welcome to bring additional tables, chairs, canopies, or arrange for a rental company to deliver everything before your event. One feature our guests especially appreciate is the easy backyard access. Vehicles can drive directly into the backyard, making setup and cleanup simple. Whether you're unloading decorations, catering equipment, party supplies, or arranging for a food truck to serve your guests, the space is designed to make entertaining easy. Unlike many pool rentals, guests also have access to a dedicated poolside bathroom and changing room, so there's no need to enter the main house. It's one of those conveniences that helps everyone enjoy the day a little more. Because we know how important it is to feel confident when planning a special event, we're happy to arrange a visit before you book or before your event date.
