Our memberships offer a hefty discount on our hourly rate and are a great resource for those who have ongoing creative/client needs (production teams, producers, PR/marketing agencies, podcasts, event planners, MUAs, photographers, videographers)! Memberships are month to month and can be cancelled anytime.
Memberships are inclusive of studio time, rentals such as mics (3) with stands & XLR cables, softbox lights (2), and a mini-teleprompter for scripting needs! See below:
1 studio day for $675 (can book up to 8 hours of studio time each day)
3 studio days for $1500 (can book up to 8 hours of studio time each day)
5 studio days for $2650 (can book up to 8 hours of studio time each day)

BOOKING TIME: You may arrive in the parking lot 10 minutes before your booking start time; however, you must contact the host upon arrival to enter into the building. Your booking time includes: Setting up, breaking down and cleaning up. Failure to leave BEFORE your booking end time will result in additional fees, so please keep track of the time. We will not extend your booking if you are late. We schedule a 30 min buffer between bookings to ensure our space gets cleaned before the next book...
