Large 1 acre lot with private pool, parking, full kitchen, and entertainment with state of the art surround sound and so much more.. please inquire about other amenities that are available

Appointment fee. Please book the venue for 1 hour for 0-5 guests..If event is booked the $35 fee will go toward your booking.

Minimum booking fee $500 to reserve your date!

there will be a $300 fee for cleaning/trash pick up/ turf clean up/ bathroom cleaning and stocking and pool clean up.

We also host non-Swimming events, please look through our photo gallery to see over 1/2 acre of entertaining space!

1hr refundable deposit of $100 required for cleanup and timely departure.

Pack and clean up needs to be started 30mins prior to ending time to ensure gate closure. If any guest remain past event ending time, your deposit will be forfeited. Any event that has more people than paid for the deposit will be forfeited and the additional upgraded rate will need to be paid immediately or event will be canceled without refund.
