Hot Tub

Hot Tub is heated and you can enjoy the spacious hottub with a ledge for sitting. Powered by jets you can also enjoy lights in the Hot Tub.

We will provide you the WiFi Password upon arrival. We also have plugs by the lounge chairs overlooking the pool to charge your devices.

Heated

The pool takes several hours to heat because it is so large. If you give advance notice and you are willing to pay for it we are happy to turn it on for you. If you come when the weather is warm it is usually between 78-82 degrees on its own. The Hot Tub can be heated within minutes.

Fire Pit

We have a Gas Firepit and it is available to enjoy conversations around the firepit or cooking your own s'mores. We expect adults running the Firepit and to supervise your children for responsible use.

Speakers

We have speakers embedded inside the swimming pool to enjoy while you are under water and over the patio to reach the entire back yard to play your desired music. We can also provide a Blue Tooth Speaker upon request, but you likely will not need it because the Sound System is so great.

Volleyball Court

We have a Volleyball Court on the grass for you to enjoy.
