Paradise @ Midnight Manor

Welcome to Paradise @ Midnight Manor! We are located 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, Tennessee in a private setting with plenty of space...perfect for your event/party! We have an extra-large pool with an ample shallow end for young ones to play, a basketball goal in the pool, plenty of noodles/tubes/floats and a diving board. There is seating inside the pool in multiple areas and plenty of lounge chairs to lay in the sun on the pool deck. Our large, covered patio has ceiling fans to help you stay cool in the shade, a lounge area with couch and chairs along with several tables and chairs for sitting/eating. There is a full bathroom (including shower), a sink, and a refrigerator to use during your stay (great for storing food, cakes, drinks, etc.). Our pool is a chemical free pool, no chlorine or saltwater...it uses a cleaning process with copper to purify the water, so completely natural! The pool is completely fenced in and in a private setting, however, it is still visible from the house. We have plenty of parking for approx. 20+ cars. We will have a security camera on the pool at all times. NO smoking permitted at any time. Alcohol is permitted but we request you be responsible and act appropriately. Music is allowed but please keep at a reasonable level...NO DJ's, please. Free WiFi. *Please review our COMPLETE list of rules (below) before booking to see if we are the right fit for you. We ask that you treat our pool/property the same as you would your own property. **We look forward to hosting you and will do everything we can to make your time here enjoyable. ***Things we can offer for an additional fee include: use of a gas grill & grilling utensils, use of a blackstone grill & utensils, serving tables, towels, fire pit with wood to burn, outdoor TV, corn hole set, extra large jenga set, extra large coolers, pool heated (with 24 hour notice), extra time for set-up/decorating (per 30 min. increments). ***If you need extra time to set-up/decorate…
