About the home

A 1 acre backyard with huge covered concrete patio, outdoor kitchen, gas firepit & heater, Big Green Egg XL, gas BBQ, play structure w/ recycled rubber chip floor, oh, and 110ft of Washougal River frontage! In the summer time the river is down to about a 10" deep hangout where you can plop your EZ Up and chairs right in the middle of the water, float down the mini rapid section on inner tubes etc. The grassy slope makes for EPIC Slip N Slide terrain, and the top half of the lot is fully fenced in. Restroom is a cleaned & maintained Port-a-potty.

River!

Depending on the river flow at the time, there is usually a large usable flat rocky area to put your chairs and stay dry, with a calm river easy to play in along half the yard then a faster section of the river for the other half.
