Luxury Waterfall Pool Paradise

Relax in luxury at this L- shaped, saltwater pool while surrounded by a beautiful landscape complete with flagstone, rock, and lush plants. The shallow part of the pool is 3 1/2 feet deep and includes a tanning ledge with bubblers and umbrella port. The deeper side of the pool is 6 feet deep and has an underwater seat the extends across the width of the pool. Two cascading waterfalls along the rock wall add a touch of bliss to your pool experience. There are 2 premium lounge chairs located at the deep end and 4 along the shallow side, as well as 2 small side tables. located along the shallow side. A deck (off limits to guests) provides a wonderful shaded area, complete with a ceiling fan and a high top table with 4 barstool-style chairs, for your use. This table is also a fire table that uses propane (available for additional fee). Assorted pool floats/toys are included with your reservation, as well as 4 beach towels. Additional beach towels are available for $5 each. There is also a Weber Kettle charcoal grill and a large wood pellet smoker available for additional fee. There are 2 exterior doors located under the deck. One leads to the basement (off limits to guests). The other door leads into the pool storage area and bathroom (shower available for additional fee). A full size Samsung fridge/freezer is available in the pool storage room for your use at no additional charge. Cornhole boards and bags are also available for a small additional fee. If you need a lawn area during your visit, please use the grass area located above the retaining wall and not the front yard. Please return all towels at the end of your visit, and don’t pee in the pool! No smoking is allowed. Please make sure all music lyrics are appropriate and that volume is kept at a reasonable level.
