Featured in Walter Magazine, the backyard incorporates natural native and romantically landscaped foliage and a secluded pool oasis. We welcome everyone. LGBTQ Friendly🌈 ⛱️Enjoy the bluestone hardscape pool deck appointed with 7 lounge chairs and 3 umbrellas. ✨Tanning deck, spa and super fun jump rock off the deep end are just some of the fun features of this spacious pool. Lush lawn space with fire pit, outdoor shower and several lounge areas lit with twinkle lights. 🚽Indoor Restroom access provided. Indoor lounge/movie/playroom space available as an add on amenity or free in case of rain. 🎈Perfect for kids birthday parties, swim lessons, lap swimming, and adult special events like sound baths, corporate events like employee appreciation, engagement parties, baby showers, family reunions and even weddings! Please note our larger guest capacity applies to family gatherings or special private events. Some standard rules we’d appreciate: Your reservation times need to include any time you are on property, this includes setup and cleanup time. This is per Swimply policy. 🙏Please leave the space as you found it. Discard of trash and recycling, you’re welcome to use our city bins as you leave. Absolutely no club promoters, ticketed events, DJs or loud music. Please keep music and shouting to a minimum after 8pm to be considerate of our neighbors Adults must be 25+ to rent or be accompanied by a parent. No peeing in the pool (babies and toddlers not potty trained must use a swim diaper). Any code Brown incidents will result in a $150 pool shock fee and guests must immediately exit the pool. 3 to 1 ratio of children to adults is recommended to ensure safety.
