Party Pool Fun

Quiet and secluded area for responsible close friends or for events. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you come here. The swimming pool is 40x20 ft with a separate spa area. The swimming pool has 4 ft and 8 ft depth. Both ends are 4ft and the middle is 8ft (Swim at your own risk). The spa has only a timed water fall with night lights. There are no additional bubbles or hot tub. With this area you will be with your family and guess only. This relaxing area is away from the big house with plenty of privacy for you and your guess. There is a lot of shade areas with a lot of trees around. There are two coal burning BBQ grills. With 2 picnic tables and a few seating areas. A pavilion with a fireplace and tv. There is a restroom located at the pool house. The only access will be the restroom and nothing else at the pool house. If you want access to the pool house it will be at an additional price of $100 dollars for the living room and Kitchenette only. There is a kitchenette inside with sink, refrigerator, microwave, couch, table, and tv. The internet is hit or miss (due to county living; internet may or may not work).
