Come, enjoy our wonderful space very private quiet oasis. Spa heat is included in every rental wonderful spot to cool off on the hot summers day or come enjoy quiet time in the very private backyard.

Groups/events WELCOME.(Min 5hr rental for a large group) Parties must end by 8pm

We are in a residential neighborhood. All rules and noise. Level levels must be respected.

Each adult guest will have to sign a legal waiver upon arrival.

Spa heat is set to 100° included with every rental.

****the slide can NOT operate while spa jets are running ****but can be turned on and off during your rental.

NO SMOKING of any manner. no cigars, no cigarettes, no marijuana. No vapes. Must bring your own drinks of any kind, no underage drinking at anytime. Parties would be limited to "family" parties.
