Private Open Pool Area. Great for kids!

MUST BE 30+ TO BOOK. We a beautiful open layout 20x40 pool with large sun deck perfect for little ones to play on. Pavilion, 4 person hot tub, lounge chairs, floats, grass area and more! We love hosting events & want to open our space to others who may enjoy the same. We are located on a dead end which is great for privacy. We have amenities that can be added on as well. We are here to help & answer any questions one may have. We do require a liability waiver to be printed and signed by the date of the event. The waiver will be sent before any approval so there are no complications. In order to be approved for booking, description of event must be given to host in inquiry. If more guests arrive then what was selected, booker will be charged accordingly. Any amenities selected, must also be paid upfront before event. Most importantly, we ask that you respect our home.
