Private Garden Retreat: Pool, Spa & BBQ

Welcome to your perfect retreat in Manassas, Virginia! 🌳☀️ This hidden gem is an inviting heated pool oasis surrounded by lush greenery, offering everything you need for an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re splashing with the family, hosting a lively friends’ gathering, or planning a celebration under the sun and stars, this unique pool has you covered. Cool off or soak up the rays in the beautiful pool. Ready for relaxation? Slip into the inviting hot tub 🛁 for ultimate comfort, day or night. Hosting is a breeze thanks to the complimentary pool toys, drink caddy, and WiFi—perfect for music, games, or a quick Instagram upload. Alexa is at your service for tunes or trivia, and fresh towels plus a spacious indoor shower are provided to keep you refreshed all day. Grill up your favorite meals at the dedicated BBQ station—or gather around the glowing fire pit 🔥 as evening falls. Responsible celebrations are welcome: enjoy alcohol, third-party vendors, parties, and music (but not too loud)! Due to close by neighbors with small children, we do ask that any large parties tamper down on the music and noise as the day gets later. No DJs, please. Thank you for your consideration! Smoking is allowed, but please no marijuana. Dogs are welcome, but long haired dogs must be groomed before entering the pool. Rest assured: Your privacy comes first, and exclusive rental guarantees a tranquil escape. For comfort and convenience, you’ll also have bathroom access inside the main residence. Please note: Two-hour minimum bookings ensure you have plenty of time to indulge 🌸. Glassware must stay off the pool deck for safety, but is welcome on the deck or in the garden. Discover a new favorite escape, right in Manassas!
