Our year round hot tub is the best place to tailgate or relax on a cool afternoon. *Pool is not heated after Labor Day. Only hot tub. Private entrance bathroom. Our area is geared toward mature adults in a quiet neighborhood. This property backs up to a tree lined wooded creek with established oaks and plenty of shade. Professional exterior design lends an upscale yet inviting place to relax while never leaving the city. *Children not potty trained are not allowed in the pool. Any accidents will incur a $300 fee to cover chemicals and emergency services. *We prefer mature adults since our deck can be slippery and find that children can be very excited around water. *No glass. Broken glass on a pool deck is dangerous and will need to be professionally dealt with for a $500 fee.
