Unheated: Summer pool is 82-87 degrees (perfect!), Spring/Fall is 60-80 (chilly, weather dependent). Winter: cold plunge! If you prefer a set temp, add the heat amenity! If you'd like the hot tub HOT (or any warmer than pool), add and we’ll customize to your preference. Current $ = Spring/Summer Shoulder Rate to heat to ~85. Message with questions!

Use of custom kitchen and indoor living area adjacent to the deck & pool area. Perfect for parties looking to do food prep or wanting indoor space for non-swimming guests, infants, elders, etc. NOTE: Only available for bookings longer than 2 hours. All guests entering the home must be dry.

Yard Games

Variety of yard games available to utilize during your rental - perfect for larger groups or just that one kid that’s done swimming before everybody else! 😂
