Just keep things chill and respect the neighbors. I want you to have fun, but treat the space like it was your own and treat the noise levels like you were the neighbor. No glass in the backyard whatsoever. Any glass brought into the yard will be cause for immediate termination of the booking. No Diving. No Food in the pool. Smoking only allowed on covered patio and butts must be put in the butt holder. Turf can catch fire. Please dispose of your own trash and clean up after yourself. Tra...
