We always joke that we purchased the backyard and the house just happened to come with it! 😂 We love our backyard oasis, and it would be a shame to keep this beautiful space all to ourselves, so we’re excited to share it with you!
Our kidney-shaped pool features a spacious shallow end, an 8-foot deep end, and a diving board. We also have two spa-style sitting areas: one with relaxing spa jets (non-heated) and another dry sitting area. For your convenience, guests also have access to an in-house bathroom.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
We DO NOT HOST LARGE TICKETED EVENTS. Please book for the correct number of guests. If you exceed your approved guest count without discussing it with us beforehand, additional charges will apply, or your event may be ended immediately. No exceptions and no refunds.
We have wonderful neighbors whom we truly care about and respect, so we ask all guests to be mindful of noise, behavior, and the surrounding community.
Due to recent experiences, parties celebrating guests between the ages of 16 and 21 must have responsible adult supervision throughout the entire event. Yes, that means Mom, Dad, grandparents, or maybe even armed security... LOL! 😂 All jokes aside, proper adult supervision is required.
🍹 ALCOHOL IS NOT A HARD NO, but due to recent behavior from some guests while under the influence, we ask that everyone please drink responsibly and act like an adult. Know your limits, respect our home, our neighbors, and the other guests around you. If alcohol causes you or anyone in your group to become disruptive, disrespectful, aggressive, or unable to follow our rules, you will be asked to leave immediately. No debates and no exceptions. Come have fun, enjoy yourself, and keep the good vibes good!
🚫 ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES OR GLASS CONTAINERS IN THE POOL AREA. If you're drinking, please bring cans, plastic, or other pool-safe containers.
