Heated Pool w/ Grotto & Exclusive Bathroom

Currently, we are requiring a THREE HOUR MINIMUM. When you book the pool, please book it for at least THREE hours or it will cancel your reservation. Our heated pool has a modern, fun aesthetic with a 6 person grotto behind a waterfall and 2 Baja shelves (the larger with an umbrella stand for shade upon request) for children. Take a swim, then cozy up at the fireplace or catch the game at the bar. The covered 10 person table also has a TV and Memphis pellet grill/smoker. Enjoy the view surrounded by fig & lime trees, grape vines and berry bushes. There’s a pool restroom for our guests with a shower accessible right on the patio to use. We will disinfect all surfaces surrounding the pool, in the pool and the restroom after each group visits. Please feel free to reach out with special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you. Small gathers are welcome. Hope to see you soon! No using items not agreed to in advance (do not remove any covers or start fires just because there is wood, etc.). 3. No walking on top of grotto for any reason. 4. No glass. 5. No throwing small items that can break windows (like baseballs). 6. If you have children or adults that can not swim in your party-they must sign a waiver, we are not responsible. There is no lifeguard on duty. 7. When using items that you have rented that heat up (like grill), it is your responsibility not to allow children, elderly or people that need attention near those items, we are not responsible for burns from touching scolding hot equipment. 8. Make sure to shut all gates that your party opens. 9. Do not harass or harm wildlife, we have dozens of squirrels, frogs, deer, fox, butterflies, etc. we have 2 acres and a greenbelt behind us and while we do get monthly pest control and haven't seen any since 2014, there is a possibility of snakes, mice, scorpions, spiders a…
