Perfect for individuals, families, and small groups, our private pool offers an exclusive retreat for up to **20 registered guests**. Enjoy a relaxing, clean, and private environment designed for fun, celebrations, swim lessons, family gatherings, or simply unwinding with friends. ### Pool Rules & Safety * **No smoking or vaping** anywhere on the property. * **Alcohol is permitted only with prior notification and host approval.** Approval is at the host's discretion and may be denied. * **No glass containers** are permitted in the pool area. * **No food or beverages** are allowed in the pool. * Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. * **No lifeguard is on duty. All guests swim at their own risk.** * **Weather Safety:** If thunder is heard or lightning is seen, everyone must immediately exit the pool and seek shelter. Pool use is prohibited during thunderstorms. Guests may return to the pool only after at least **30 minutes** have passed since the last thunder or lightning. The host reserves the right to temporarily suspend or end pool use whenever weather conditions become unsafe. * Please respect our neighbors by keeping music and conversations at a reasonable volume. Music should remain contained within the pool area. * All gates and sliding doors must remain closed during your visit. Our pool is heated whenever practical during the cooler months and is typically maintained at approximately **78°F or warmer**. During the summer, the water temperature naturally increases with the weather. The pool is professionally maintained and cleaned regularly to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests have access to an indoor restroom (no shower). A microwave may be available upon request.
