Newly remodeled pool w sun bench. New green wall for photos. Great for a summer day or night swim. Large picnic table and tables available. Great for families or couples looking to have fun in the sun! Large porch and carport for shade and get togethers. Ice chest and charcoal bbq pit available. Lots of space for tables and chairs. Bring in food or cook here. Small charge for hot tub heating.

NO GLASS. Will have trash cans to throw away your trash. No running and rough horseplay to where you can hit your head on pool or surrounding area. ALL Children should be attended and with life jackets if not good swimmers. No confetti allowed. If I have to do cleaning beyond normal I will add $25
